Welcome to the Summer Reading Program at Pioneer Valley
Christian School.
The purpose of summer reading is:
1. to maintain skills
2. to provide a common point of reference
3. to broaden exposure to various genre
4. to encourage a lifelong appreciation for
reading
5. to introduce complementary material
Summer reading is listed by the grade the student will be
entering.
All attachments are in adobe format. If you do not have
Adobe reader installed on your computer, follow the link to download the free
version.
Books may be located at local bookstores, Amazon.com,
BN.com, Half.com, and other internet sites that sell books new and used. Please
note that some books are required to be purchased.
